This year seems to be flying by. It doesn’t seem like it should be September already, but it is. There has been a lot happening at ACROSS. We worked from our homes throughout the Covid 19 Lockdown Levels 3 & 4 which allowed for continuity of service for our families and clients, but ZOOM just can’t replace face to face contact.
We have had some new staff joining ACROSS. Mel and Rowena started a couple of days before lockdown, Abby and Jane during lockdown, and Julie after we moved to level 1 the first time. You can read more about them below.
Since we are back at Covid Level 2 we will be asking people to log-in via the QR Code or on paper when entering the office. We will also be asking a series of questions regarding any travel in the previous 2 weeks or contact with anyone from the Covid hotspots in New Zealand. You will also be asked about your health i.e. runny nose, fever, cough etc. and that of your household. Once through the door we will ask you to please use the hand sanitizer provided for your safety and ours. We want to ensure everyone stays safe and healthy.
